We are currently hiring Level 1 (Entry Level) Desktop support Professionals.
We have an opportunity for a 6-month assignment beginning in June (through December) for one of our fortune 500 clients.
We are seeking ambitious technology graduates with a certification and a desire to be on a winning team!
Job description:
- 
Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains desktop and workstation equipment and software including telephones (std & VOIP), desktop/laptop computers (WIN7, WIN10, MAC OS), and printers. 
- 
Handles equipment moves with little or no supervision. 
- 
Identify, analyze and resolve basic troubleshooting items but defers to supervisor or Level 1 tech for more complex hardware issues. 
- 
Answer basic user questions about equipment features. 
- 
Has basic knowledge of the organization's equipment and associated software and services. 
- 
Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. 
Qualifications:
- 
Tech School degree or Certification 
- 
Previous work experience 
- 
Basic understanding of hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and telephony systems (standard and VoIP). 
- 
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows 7, Windows 10, and macOS. 
- 
Ability to install, configure, and maintain desktop/workstation software and hardware.
