Requirements: |
• Experience: preferred 2-5 but we will train. • Certifications or education? A+ certification is good to have but not necessary, Lexmark certifications and experience are preferred but not necessary. Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus, HP Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessary • Role will be supporting IT field projects at client sites, including: Primarily field technician work being dispatched to customer sites. Setting up, installing, moving, and removing IT equipment. • Performing equipment configuration and verification. Following project documentation and instructions with high accuracy. • Collaborating with project managers, team leads, and clients to ensure successful execution. • Strong ability to follow technical documentation and instructions • Excellent communication skills and customer service experience • How many overall years of experience should this person have? preferred 2-5 but we will train. • Reliable transportaion to support Denver, 80219 Metropolitan area. |

Scope: |
