Field Service Technician II - Contract to Hire

Requirements: 

• 3 years plus supporting Desktops, Laptops, and Printers.

• 3 years plus of customer service experience.

• Certifications or education: Large Format Printer break-fix experience. LaserJet Printer break-fix experience

• Runs cases in the field out of their home

• Daily driving miles: Depends on workloads (Fuel re-imbursement)

• Should be located within 75 miles of Tampa FL 33602

• Primary day-to-day responsibilities: Break-fix IT support for multiple clients, multiple locations

• TOP 2 required skills: Large Format Printer break-fix experience. LaserJet Printer break-fix experience

 

Basic Needs/Haves:

• Able to work from a bent, crouched, or kneeled position

• Smartphone with tethering/hot spot capabilities (Reimbursed within Corporate Guidelines)

• Laptop

• Basic Hand Tools

• Possess a valid driver’s license Preferred

 

Not Required (preferred):

• CompTIA A+ • OEM Printer Warranty Certifications

• OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications

• Server experience would be a bonus

• Candidate review and interviews will start: ASAP

Scope:

• Strong hardware break-fix experience.

• Large Format printer experience.

• LaserJet break fix experience.

• Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)

• Technician will travel to each client’s location

• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer

• Works under general supervision

• Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position – reimbursed accordingly)

• Personable as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments

• Can work on a ladder of lift and are able to lift up to 50lbs..

 

 

Pay Rate: $22
