• Years of experience: 1-3 • Certifications or education: No we can train but would be nice • Run cases in the field out of their home • Primary day-to-day responsibilities: Break/fix of Various equipment, respond to various service requests • TOP 2 required skills: Hands on experience with Printer repairs, Good customer skills • Requires excellent customer service skills and note taking ability. • Printer and wide format printer experience preferred. • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. • Daily driving miles: 50-100 (Fuel re-imbursement) • Should be located within 40 miles of Waukesha WI 53186 • Candidate review and interviews will start ASAP |

Scope: |
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. • Trains onsite employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. • Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs. • Follows instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. • Works under immediate supervision. • Typically reports to a manager.
