Technical Skills
o Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and cable installation
o Experience with restaurant technologies preferred
ertifications
o CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred (or 5+ years of relevant experience)
Physical Requirements
o Able to lift up to 50 lbs and use a ladder (up to 10 ft reach)
o General contractor skills (drill usage, etc.). Light contractor work such as drilling through and mounting hardware into walls and countertops may be required.

Scope:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
o Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
o Provide on-site support for restaurant staff
Installation & Maintenance
o HW and SW install and configuration experience
o Perform quarterly preventative maintenance (some after-hours required)
Networking & Cable Management
o Terminate, test, and replace network cables (Cat5/Cat6/Cat7)
o Organize and manage cable layouts for optimal performance
Training & Documentation
o Train restaurant staff on new systems
o Maintain accurate records of support requests and configurations
Asset & Inventory Management
o Track hardware, software licenses, and inventory levels
o Assist with rollout and upgrade projects
Security & Infrastructure
o Maintain secure and efficient network infrastructure
o Support online ordering and delivery platforms
