Requirements:

Experience: 2-5 but we will train

Certifications or education:

- A+ certification is good to have but not necessary

- Lexmark certifications and experience are preferred but not necessary.
 - 
- Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus
 - 
- HP Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessary
 
 - 
 - 
TOP 2 required skills: HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills,) and familiar with the ticketing system.
 - 
Tech should be located in the SLC Metropolitan Area and surrounding areas.
 - 
There will be On call
 - 
How many miles per day driving: Varies, sometimes longer distances involved but mileage is compensated for covering SLC Metropolitan and surrounding areas.
 -

Scope:
- 
Running cases from home.
 - 
Driving to client sites and providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc.)
 - 
Running break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients. The level of support will vary depending on the customer, but do expect printer, PCs, server, network, and other technological devices.
 
Pay Rate - $19.00
