Performance Personnel is looking to hire assembly line workers for a Lincoln manufacturing company. The position involves the assembly of various plastic medical devices. Pay rate of $16.75 per hour, Monday - Friday with a possibility of Saturday OT.
Responsibilities

Assemble plastic applicators with a high degree of speed and accuracy

Ensure each piece meets quality standards as it’s assembled

Keep track of production numbers to ensure quota per machine is met

Report any machine malfunctions
Requirements
-
Ability to use both hands for repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Ability to lift 55 lbs occasionally.
Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.

Reliable transportation.
