We are seeking several Service Center and Benefit Reps to work onsite at the West Palm Beach office. Remote positions are no longer available.
These require someone with experience answering a high volume of phone calls and would be the first level call resolution with questions regarding W-2's, wages, paychecks, and assisting with web registration. Will be required to pass background screen. Qualifications and skills required are as follows:
2 years experience in a high volume call center or related.
Work from office location in West Palm Beach
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable in communicating professionally both internally and externally
Must work well as part of a team environment
Must be able to transition quickly between tasks in a fast paced environment
Bi-lingual in Spanish helpful but not required
Seeking Candidates from around the West Palm Beach area only.
Use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel is required. Data Entry and overall good computer skills required. Skills testing through eSkills is required.
Must have exceptional phone and customer service skills.
$16.0 - 17.00 per hour
Full time. 40+ hours. 3 Day Shifts Available.
8:00am - 5:00pm M-F
9:00am - 6:00pm M-F
10:00am - 7:00pm M-F
