Performance Personnel seeks Aerospace Production workers in Wichita, Kansas.

Primary Job Duties:
Temp to Hire
Fast-paced work environment
Rack and unracking of parts. Masking Parts. Painting Parts, Packaging of Parts.
Good hand-to-eye coordination is required for handling machined parts.
Must be detailed oriented. Must be able to count and add.
Some computer skills are required for some positions.
Adheres to all safety guidelines dictation the production and handling of materials in the facility
Reports issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.
Must be able to work around paint fumes
Skills/Requirements:
Moderate to heavy physical activity such as walking and lifting is required on a daily basis.
Be able to work in non-climate controlled facility.
Mostly 2nd shift positions with limited 1st shift availability. 10 hour shifts and overtime required.
Must be 18 years or older
Must pass computer based skills test.
Background check and pre-employment drug screen.
