Performance Personnel (formally Oasis Staffing) is hiring for multiple 1st shift, entry-level production openings! Six months of demonstrated work history may be substituted for manufacturing experience!
Job purpose summary:

Persons in this position will assist with the production and assembly of products for one of Lincoln’s largest manufacturing companies.

Pay rate starts at $15.00/hour
Duties and responsibilities:

Understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.

Ensure all procedures are done accurately and efficiently.
-
Keep the working area clean and free from debris for safety precautions.
-
Lifting, bending, and repetitive movements are required.
-
Ensure all equipment is kept clean and in working condition.
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Reliable transportation

Regular attendance required

Various tools or machines as assigned

Safety Glasses

Steel-toed boots or shoes

Earplugs in certain areas
Working conditions:

Work will be performed indoors in a manufacturing setting.

Shifts are assigned and overtime may be required.

The noise volume is loud and hearing protection is required in specific areas.

Specific areas may be very warm.

This is a physically demanding position that will require the employee to stand for up to 8 hours with

Lifting up to 35 pounds repetitively up to 8 hours
