Performance Personnel is recruiting for an Overnight Supervisor with Forklift experience for a large automotive facility.
The overnight supervisor manages and oversees the warehouse operations during non-business hours in an automotive parts distribution warehouse located on the southside of Jacksonville, FL. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities and include but not limited to:
Maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in the total coordination of the overnight warehouse operation.
Motivate and empower warehouse personnel to achieve productivity goals.
Establish a daily communication strategy with the Warehouse Manager to brief on staffing, overtime needs and any other pertinent information daily.
Facilitate shift meetings.
Ensure new warehouse employees are properly trained and current employees receive additional training as needed.
Mentor and coach warehouse team members and set development goals.
Handle disciplinary actions as needed for direct reports.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Five or more years of Forklift and lift machine experience.
Two or more years previous experience in warehouse overnight leadership positions.
Dependability and positive attitude.
Proficiency with using Outlook/Excel/Word.
Valid drivers license.
Pass a background check.
Pass a drug screen.
This is an overnight position, with the potential for weekend overtime.
Pay: $25/hour
