General Laborer

Performance Personnel is seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join our team. You will undertake various tasks ranging from routine to more complex duties, ensuring our client worksites' smooth and efficient operation. The ideal candidate can work effectively in a team environment and is committed to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Clean and prepare worksites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and implement plans.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Report issues, potential hazards, or problems to supervisors promptly.
• Assist in measuring, cutting, or shaping materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Laborer or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good hand-eye coordination and endurance.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and possibly nights when needed.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• A valid Driver's license is required.
