Responsibilities:
Managing inbound and outbound calls
Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage with the customers
Requirements:
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Data Entry Experience
Computer knowledge; Word, Excel, Outlook
Call Center experience
Salary: $8
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 – 5:30
