Pay: $16.00-18.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Shipping Administrator for a company located in Morrow!

Qualifications for Shipping Administrators:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Must have 1-3 months of related experience and/or training.

• Must have experience in shipping/logistics.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Shipping Administrators:

• Manages the flow of the delivery of materials to customers.

• Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time for each delivery.

• Confers with sales coordinators to confirm status of scheduled projects.

• Prepares shipping/receiving documents.

• Responds to telephone inquires from customers regarding delivery of shipments.

• Ensures timeliness of incoming and outgoing supplies and materials.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 8:00AM-5:00PM

Pay Rate: $16.00-18.00/hour depending on experience
