Assignment Details: • ASAP – Ongoing • Reason for need: Gaps in schedule • 8,300 annual volume/17 patients per day • ACLS, ATLS & PALS required unless EM Boarded • Prior ED experience required • EMR is HMS • 12 and 24 hour shifts, 7-7 • On call room available to physician while providing weekend coverage • 1 admit or discharge every other day • Four full time Family Practice physicians • There is a general surgeon in house three days per week • All specialties are represented on the medical staff via clinics but not consistently available for consults as most are there once a week or less.
