National Account Physician performing hands on exams for respirator, ERT and DOT clearance. Don’t clear names. Present CV right away. Internal Notes: Client: Examinetics http://www.examinetics.com/ Contact: Jeanna Ensley- jeana.ensley@examinetics.com - 913-748-2091 Providers Needed: 1 Bill Rate: $115 per hour Note: Times – 7am or 8am start – with a 1pm-4pm end time. Performing hands on exams for respirator, ERT and DOT clearances – MUST be DOT certified. Prefers someone within driving distance. Client will pay for mileage and lodging during 2 off days. Any physician will do as long as they are DOT certified as required by the new Federal guidelines for any physician doing DOT exams. The MD will be seeing approximately 1 participant every 12-15 minutes, the participants do not disrobe, there will be a crew onsite with the MD on the mobile, the crew will do all of the preliminary testing such as vitals, audio, pulmonary function test, lab work, etc. The MD will be doing just the hands on exam.
