Physicians must be able to work days/nights; blocks of 5-7 shifts; already licensed; no malpractice; clean background; CV must be in month/year format and submitted along with the attached required forms. West is staffed by 3 docs and a MLP with a census of 50-60; East is staffed by 2 docs with a census of 18-25; but there is backup from Davenport; 1 doc on at each sites from 7p-7a; open ICU with backup and procedures not required.
