CV must be in month/year format for all education/training/experience; BC IM/FP; CA licensed; no malpractice or background issues; 2 physicians on during the day; 1 physician on at night; 12 hour shifts; must be willing to do blocks of 5-7 on/off; codes/consults/unassigned/referrals/pre-admission testing/ comanagment for med/surg specialists; must be able to do procedures; anticipating 15-18 pts/day/physician; 4-9 admissions at night; volumes may increase once we start the program
