• Nov- Ongoing • 7 on 7 off • 12 hour shift • 16 Patients per day average including admissions • Night Physician covers admissions and intubates only • 2 Hospitalists on during the day and 1 Hospitalist at night • Procedures (intubations) • Will cover codes on HM patients • Cover CCU with Pulmonary backup • IM or FP trained with experience
