Summary
We are seeking a Technical Accounting and Reporting Manager to join our dynamic Finance group in Sunnyvale.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and coordinate filing of all internal and external financial reporting, quarterly and annual reports, and other required SEC filings, including the information gathering process. Responsible for the compilation of financial statements, footnotes, management’s discussion and analysis and all other components of SEC filings.
Manage the XBRL component of financial reporting and ensure the Company is in compliance with all XBRL requirements.
Assist with the preparation of earnings releases, including financial exhibits, conference call script, and other communications/presentations for accuracy and completeness.
Review stock-based compensation activities, including underlying assumptions and related expense in compliance with authoritative guidance.
Responsible for the reporting of all equity based transactions, equity schedules and footnotes disclosures for SEC filings, along with support from the stock administrator.
Research technical accounting and financial reporting matters and prepare whitepapers for management and external auditor review. Provide technical expertise and leadership to the finance organization on the treatment of accounting issues, implementation of new accounting standards and compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and PCAOB regulations.
Assist with compiling information for Sarbanes Oxley testing and compliance.
Work with external and internal auditors on requests for assistance.
Support due diligence activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
Keep abreast of current developments in the accounting and reporting literature in order to assess the potential impact on the Company.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
U.S. CPA with 5-7 years of public accounting experience at a Big 4 firm.
Big 4 experience should include solid SEC reporting, technical accounting.
Preferred straight out of big 4 accounting firms (E&Y, PwC, D&T and KPMG)
Ability to interact well with various levels of management and coordinate effectively with support departments (e.g. internal legal counsel) and the external auditors
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
