Summary
Global HR Department is looking for engaged, reliable, and technical HRIS system analyst to maintain and assist in developing various components of the HR systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day HRIS support to all system users both remotely and face-to-face
Monitor data accuracy by running and analyzing miscellaneous reports and data exports and helping users input complete and accurate information
Learn new components being implemented and create corresponding training materials and process documentation; keep existing documentation current
Provide training for the new components
Run, export, analyze, and create HRIS reports
Be an evangelist and strive to continuously find ways to take HRIS to the next level and provide superior quality service to each and every customer of the HR Department.
Qualifications:
5+ years of work experience in a medium to large organization
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Finance/Accounting
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point and MS Word
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ready to become an evangelist and provide super quality service to every customer of our Global HR Department.
