Summary
Our client is looking for a motivated, self-starter Channel Marketing Programs Coordinator that enjoys a team environment at a rapidly growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with appointed channel programs, in addition to supporting the overall sales and marketing strategy. This position will be based at our client’s Sunnyvale, California headquarters and will report to the Channel Marketing Programs Manager.
Responsibilities:
Track the North America Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program requests and provide monthly reporting
Work with Channel Marketing Programs Manager to coordinate logistics for in-person partner events – event planning, material shipping, gathering and importing leads, etc.
Work with the Regional/Channel Sales teams to support ongoing field and partner requests
Assist with managing logistics for the channel partner webinar program
Work closely with the Partner Center Webmaster to be sure current materials are submitted regularly for posting
Assist with product launch deliverables for channel partners, i.e. sending email communications and collateral production
Assist with channel incentive rewards program
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-3 years related professional experience
Enthusiastic fast learner with a desire to work in a team environment
Strong analytical, organization and project management skills
Detail oriented with excellent organizational, time-management and follow through skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with webinar tools helpful
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience in high-tech channel marketing with a focus on channel programs or logistics desirable
Experience with Salesforce.com CRM system and marketing automation systems (Pardot/Marketo/Eloqua) desirable
Basic understanding of channel programs and its relationship to the success of corporate sales
