Summary

 

Our client is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Communications Coordinator. The person in this position will handle all collateral layout and design requests from the marketing team, will manage our client’s online store, and will also work on graphic design projects, coordinate photography projects and collaborate with team on design concepts and marketing strategies. This is an entry-level position with our client’s fun marketing team – perfect for someone looking to prove themselves and establish a marketing career.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Coordinate all requests, project flow, communication and production process for printed materials, promotional items, signage and other branded materials

Source all promotional items through select vendors – ensure best pricing and quality

Manage our client’s store of collateral, promotional items and event equipment

Manage fulfillment and collateral budget

Maintain inventory, order history, and distribution list of branded materials

Work with both internal and external constituents on graphic design projects

Internal marketing team on smaller graphic design projects - flyers

Interface with outside graphic design agencies on collateral production

Coordinate and manage all photo shoots with photographer

Coordinate and send regular weekly sales communication

Coordinate internal sales training webinars with product marketing; use GoToWebinar and calendar invites

Support the marketing team with other general marketing activities

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-3 years related professional experience; production or creative services experience preferred

Previous experience with sourcing, printing, creative services, project management and basic graphic design preferred

Able to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain brand standards

Service and team-oriented

Creative individual with strong organizational skills

Strong project management and collaboration skills

Desire to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Proficient in standard Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PPT)

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (CS5) required
