Los Angeles Area Brand Ambassadors Needed ASAP

We are looking for talent in the Los Angeles area to help execute a cutting edge promotional event!! The event details are as follows:

Event Location:
Los Angeles

ESTIMATED Dates*:
July 17th-July 20th
*Dates & Times are tentative and subject to change.

Set Up & Break Down Staff Requirements :

  • Must be able to lift 75+lbs.
  • Must be able to work 10+ hours
  • Must have basic tool knowledge
  • Previous experience in technology and production a plus

Set Up & Break Down Duties (include but are not limited to the following) :
  • Load and unload program elements
  • Assist tour managers set up various program elements including simulators, stage, and heavy metal structures
  • Clean/polish the program elements
  • Follow leadership of full time tour managers

Event Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Arrive on-time (15 minutes early before scheduled start time)
  • Retain brand knowledge and communicate message points pertaining to the assigned program element including microsite URL and sweepstakes intelligently to all consumers
  • Make experience fun for consumers and encourage them to visit the microsite and participate in the activities on the site
  • Attract, interact and encourage consumers to participate in games, and giveaways
  • Assist with the traffic flow of consumers throughout the event footprint by directing consumers to the next program element
  • Utilize handheld tablets to collect data
  • Distribute premiums and maintain an accurate inventory of product
  • Collect information from consumers and keep track of information collected for recapping purposes
  • Assist with set-up, maintenance and breakdown of the footprint (See criteria listed in the Set-up/Breakdown Posting)
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the footprint
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the event area
  • Communication with Field Manager (check-in and check-out)

Event Activation Required Skills:
  • Must be outgoing, approachable, professional, reliable, well-spoken and motivated
  • Must be comfortable talking to consumers, speaking in front of crowds, and interacting with clients
  • Must proactively approach/engage consumers
  • Must have previous promotional experience
  • Be on your feet for 12+ hours
  • Maintain high level of energy throughout entire day
  • Voice must project well
  • Must be very articulate
  • Previous experience in theater is a plus

Attire:
  • No visible piercings or tattoos
  • Khaki pants or Bermuda shorts (Capri pants are allowed for female Brand Ambassadors)– no short shorts, cargo pants, or jeans
  • Closed toed comfortable shoes
  • Maintain good personal hygiene and clean uniform attire throughout the event activation
  • Shirt will be provided at the footprint

Pay scale:
$22 Per hour
