Event Producer Needed ASAP
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
We are looking for a Producer to join our production department which oversees and manages the assets utilized in our dynamic and creative marketing campaigns (vehicles, tents, electronic equipment, banners, etc.) The ideal candidate has a passion for event and logistics management, enjoys trouble shooting and solving problems & has the ability to build long lasting relationships with vendors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solution orientated mindset with the ability to work constructively with others in time sensitive circumstances.
- Oversee and manage client campaigns from inception to execution hitting all production deliverables and metrics on time and on budget
- Have prior experience with digital solutions such as green screen picture marketing campaigns and deploying driver license data solutions on tablets, smart phones and other applicable devices.
- Understanding of audio-visual equipment including stand alone PA systems
- Researches, identifies, interviews and secures necessary third party vendors and partners
- Researches and identifies developments and trends in the current marketing landscape, focusing on production and technology
- Responsible for all aspects of event logistics (booking venues, routing schedules, vendor management and budgets
- Thinks innovatively, blending big ideas with realistic execution limitations to drive focused key performance indicators
- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of vehicle types and storage capacity
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance including CMV classification, HOS reporting and CSA review
- Client Relationship and Account Management
- Participates in the development of new business proposals with accountability for content and quality.
- Manages the development of key client deliverables for existing clients. This includes status reports, tour itineraries and post-campaign reviews.
- Liaisons with vendors to effectively communicate the client’s campaign vision
- Establishes vendor production timelines
- Develops and implements quality control standards extended to all campaign elements
- Serves as primary vendor contact during build-out, campaign, and post-campaign periods.
- Alerts internal team of vendor payment schedule and works closely with the accounting department to ensure timely payment
Provides consistent leadership and communication to Field Representatives to ensure maximum performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS required
- 3 – 5 years experience directing/producing marketing events
- Knowledge of Macs preferred, proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility and the ability to adjust to an ever-changing dynamic environment
- Previous experience with client management (with internal or external partners)
- Strong attention to detail, proactive and self-motivated
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Professional maturity with a take-it-to-the-next-level mentality
- Flexibility to work independently as well as with a team
- Basic knowledge of OSHA, DOT and ADA
