Tour Managers Needed w/ CDL

Title: Tour Manager
Timing: Mid May 2014 - Beginning July 2014

SEEKING outgoing, responsible, organized and motivated person to supervise technical set-up and operations of all event elements for a mobile marketing tour at various nationwide locations promoting tourism to a South-West destination
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Heavy interaction with target audience
- Set-up event elements (10-12 hour set-up process - may be more)
- Manage multiple brand ambassadors including training, submitting their HR paperwork and timesheets.
- Manage the overall execution of event elements including technology and consumer interaction
- Distribute and keep inventory of collateral and/or takeaway items
- Daily and weekly reporting including daily recaps
- Drive event vehicles; possibly a pick-up truck, box truck or a 38ft trailer
- Maintain daily driver logs
Required Skills
- Nationwide tour manager experience A MUST
- Trailer driving experience A MUST
- CLASS B CDL or higher A MUST
- Promotional experience and/or sales experience A MUST
- Technologically savvy A MUST
- In-depth knowledge of driving a large vehicle including weigh station protocols
- Pass physical and drug tests
- Outgoing, friendly, responsible and self-motivated
- Excited to speak and demonstrate product to consumers of all ages
- MUST HAVE a personal computer and Internet access
- MUST BE available to work for the entire program without conflicts
