Customer Service Representative - Bilingual
Are you fluent in English and Spanish and looking for a full time opportunity working in a high volume office?
Do you LOVE a challenge?
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be working with new and existing customers to build relationships and business. You will have the opportunity to participate in the inside sales aspect of the business as well as providing excellent customer service to all incoming and prospective customers. This position in a very high paced environment and will keep you busy all day!
Responsibilities
-Provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone
-Inside sales
-Accurately process customer orders
Qualifications
-Ability to learn quickly and manage high volume calls
-Previous office/customer service experience; inside sales experience a plus
-Fluent in English and Spanish
