Shop Foreman

POSITION – Shop Lead Person - 2nd shift
JOB LOCATION – Mayville, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire, (Possible Direct Hire)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift (3:00pm – 11:00pm + Overtime)
STARTING PAY – Depends on Experience, $20+

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities
- Training, promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
- Motivate, develop and supervise a strong plant production staff to achieve production requirements
- Review and interpret schedule demands
- Running day to day operations and troubleshooting abilities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with technical and working knowledge in all areas of sheet metal fabrication
- Management experience and thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes and how materials flow in a metal manufacturing environment
- Must possess strong communication, people and analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Must be computer literate
