POSITION – Team Leader
JOB LOCATION – Denmark, WI
STARTING DATE – ASAP
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 5PM – 5AM (2-2-3 schedule
STARTING PAY – $18.63+ BOE

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 6 months in a leadership role
As a team leader, you will be overseeing the blending department to ensure all employees/equipment are working to maximum capacity to meet production requirements. You will also be required to create/revise schedules and assist with set up and production as needed. The team leader will also be required to conduct quality control checks on products to ensure that it is meeting standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee set up of department
- Monitor production flow
- Create/revise schedules as needed
- Test product to ensure its meeting quality standards
- Assist within department as needed
- Flow/Enforce GM codes
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food production setting
- Ability to work in cold/wet atmosphere
- Proficient with computers – Microsoft word/excel/outlook
- Previous experience with MAS500 or other manufacturing software is preferred but not required
