POSITION – Production Worker
JOB LOCATION – Menomonie, Wisconsin
STARTING DATE – Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Long-term, Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (7:00am-3:30pm)
STARTING PAY – $10.50/hour, pay increase to $11.00/hour after perfect attendance your first month on the job

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous manufacturing experience preferred
While working in production, you will be doing various different duties in the process of producing fiber barrels. You may be assisting with machine operation, gluing, quality control, finishing, banding, etc. This company produces fiber barrels from start to finish including shipping and transporting them across many states. The barrels are very light but can be large and bulky.
Responsibilities:
- Package product
- Create containers for product
- Help with packaging of product from start to finish
- Reliability and a desire to work
Qualifications:
- Be able to stand all day
- Work as a team and also individually
- Be able to lift up to 20 lbs frequently
- Safety minded and aware of surroundings
- Willingness to learn multiple job duties
