POSITION – Brake Press (Setup and Operation)
JOB LOCATION – Mayville, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) –1st (6am - 2:00pm) & 2nd Shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm)
STARTING PAY – $17+ (Based on Experience)

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED desired

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications and shop orders to determine machine setup, production methods, sequence of bends and select proper tooling
- Select, position and secure brake dies into machine
- Enter values and information to create program
- Position clamp stops and guides
- Adjust controls to set and regulate machine factors (pressure and depth, blade angles, machine speed)
- Locate and mark bending lines and reference points
- Inspection of product and present 1st piece sample to quality control
Qualifications
- Ability to read blueprints and comprehend simple instructions
- Must have proficient computer knowledge and familiarity with windows based operating system
- Good communication skills and ability to get along with others
- Must have the knowledge, skill and ability required to perform the tasks as described
