POSITION – Warehouse Worker
JOB LOCATION – Menomonie, Wisconsin
STARTING DATE – August 2019
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Part-Time, 3 days per week
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift (3pm-11:30pm, Mon-Wed or Tue-Thurs or Wed-Fri)
STARTING PAY – $16.57 per hour ($15.78/hour + 5% shift differential)

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of prior manufacturing experience required
As a Warehouse Worker you will be working on picking orders that were placed by customers that morning so that they can have next day delivery. You will be working in various different areas of the warehouse using carts, ladders, purchase orders, item numbers, etc. The position does require you to be on your feet for your full shift and will include walking, bending, twisting, carrying, and lifting.
Responsibilities

Stocking and retrieval of automotive parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Driving power material handling vehicles
-
Use of ladders and step stools
-
Great attention to detail to eliminate errors and proved accurate services

Accurate reading of orders and invoices as you are picking and processing orders

Ability to handle the physical nature of the position
Qualifications
-
Must be able to periodically lift at least 50 lbs.

High School Diploma or equivalent required
-
Must have prior manufacturing experience
-
Proven excellent attendance
-
Must be able to attain a PMHV license
-
Must be able to use barcode scanning handheld equipment

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
-
Ability to learn a web based warehouse management system

Required to pass a candidate assessment and wellness exams
