POSITION – Warehouse Worker | Order Picker
JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, Wisconsin
STARTING DATE – Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Long-term, Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) –
Depal
1st shift 6:45a-3:15p Saturday required
2nd shift 3:45p-12:30a Sunday required
Sortation
1st shift 7a-3:30p Saturday required
2nd shift 4p-12:30a Sunday required
Receiving
1st shift 6:30a-3p Saturday required
2nd shift 3:30-12a Sunday required
STARTING PAY – $15.05 to $16.55/hour, Incentive pay for attendance, $17.05 to $18.55!
*Bonus Wages! $2.50/hour bonus pay for shifts started on Saturday or Sunday.

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – None
While working in the Warehouse in the Sortation Department, you will be responsible for working with boxed product as it comes off a conveyor line, palletizing the boxes and then preparing the pallet for shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Depalletizing and palletizing products of various dimensions and weight
- Working inside a trailer to take product off pallets and place on conveyor system
- Using a voice pick system to sort packages and place on conveyor
- Stacking products on pallets and wrapping pallet
Qualifications:
- Consistently lifting and moving 20 lbs.
- Team lifting items over 50 lbs.
- Lifting product up to 7 ft. tall
- Great attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to handle physical demands of the position
- Good reading and communication skills
