Office Assignment to Hire

Put your administrative skills to good use while you enjoy the hustle and bustle of retail! You will need to be available for occasional Saturdays.

 

Position – Customer Service

Job Location – Cedarburg

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Regular, Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-time, Monday-Friday with 1 Saturday per month

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay – $15 per hour

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

 

As full-time customer service, you will handle all office duties for a local retailer while providing customer service over the phone and in person.

 

Responsibilities

- Answer phones and complete other general office duties.

- Process credit applications, rebates, and warranty registrations.

- Order parts as necessary.

 

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Accurate typing and data entry skills are required.

- Must be outgoing and friendly.
