As a Recruiter, you will be screening candidates to match them with jobs at our client companies. This is a fast-paced customer service position that requires above average computer skills. You will develop long-lasting, growing relationships with clients. Your recruiting efforts will include community involvement, social media participation, networking and hiring events, and time spent on the phone and computer. You will be joining a dedicated team and be part of a passionate work family!


 Grafton Office
8am-5pm or 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday




- Recruiting top talent

- Interviewing and screening candidates

- Filling job requests from our client companies

- Customer Service

- Minimal travel to client locations



- A minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Valid driver’s license

- Type a minimum of 40 words per minute

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Self motivated and great attention to detail

- Ability to handle high-pressure, rapidly-changing, and stressful situations
