If so, you may be a fit for the Branch Team Leader role! As a Branch Team Leader, you will be responsible for making your branch profitable. You will use your business acumen to set goals for your branch while delivering excellent customer service.
This position is 80 percent inside/outside sales/recruiting and customer service and 20 percent leadership. It is expected to coordinate with the geographically nearby branches. Team leaders are expected to work a desk of their own, as well as to motivate their staffs to excellence.
-Hire and retain branch personnel
-Manage relationships with assigned territories by making solution calls
-Review branch statistics weekly
-Recruit and retain sufficient applicant
-Cold Calling, Texting/Emailing potential Assignment Employees.
-Monitor Branch activity and Team Members.
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
-At least 3-5 years sales/marketing experience (preferably in the staffing industry)
-Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office
-Ability to multitask with above average customer service skills
Working with CRM Systems is a plus
Monday-Friday : 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: 50k-60k Annually
