POSITION – Talent Acquisition/Recruiter

JOB LOCATION – Hudson, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (8am-5pm, Mon-Fri)

STARTING PAY – $38-45k/year DOE

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or equivalent required, advanced degree preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Minimum 1 year of office, recruiting, customer service, or onboarding experience preferred and must type 40 WPM or more.

The Talent Specialist is responsible for the acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. Additionally, the Talent Specialist facilitates a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams. In this role as an Talent Specialist, you will post open positions, parse resumes and contact candidates, oversee the use of employment boards such as Indeed and Facebook and do various other marketing.

 

Responsibilities

Logistics: • Assist with recruitment and interview process. • Schedule phone, video and in-person interviews. • Coordinate background, drug, and reference checking processes. • Coordinate all aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes. • Application Tracking Systems TempWorks • Edit and post positions to Indeed, Facebook, Zip Recruiter and SEEK website and others accurately and within the specified timeframe(s) with proper approval channels. • Ensure candidate follows appropriate workflow within TempWorks. •Recruitment Marketing: • Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities. • Work with local universities/colleges and technical programs as well as other resources in sharing career opportunities. • Build, develop, and maintain customer relations • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


Education: • High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: • Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service and administrative skills. Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition strongly preferred. • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
