Growing Neenah manufacturer is looking to add an experienced grinder/Polish operator to their team. This DIRECT Hire opportunity offers the opportunity to work in a safety conscious environment and will allow the advancement of your metal finishing skills.
Position – Metal Finisher
Job Location – Neenah, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd and 3rd shift
Starting Pay – Dependent on experience, $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 6 months of experience
As a grinder/polish operator, you will be an essential part of the fabrication team, doing quality checks on products, as well as polishing and grinding metal products to specification. Several shifts available!
Responsibilities
- Utilizing pedestal and hand grinder, as well as buffing equipment to achieve perfect metal products.
- Ensuring product is in compliance with quality standards.
- Packaging finished product.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a metal fabrication environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with vibratory polishing and glacier polishing equipment is desired.
- Excellent attendance record.
