Our Fond du Lac client is looking to add an experienced machine operator to their day shift. This temp to hire position will offer you a great team culture with ample room for growth and competitive starting pay.


Position – Steel machine operator

Job Location – Fond du Lac, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to Hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay – $15-$19/hr

Required Experience – Prior machine operator experience and ability to use hand tools is required.



  • Read blueprints and order materials through shop system.

  • label finished goods according to orders.

  • Cut materials, prep and form raw materials to specifications.

  • Set-up and run Steel department machinery, including but not limited to chop saw, punch, band saw, etc.

  • Clean and perform basic maintenance of all equipment

  • Check and evaluate finished product and store with proper work orders.


  • Must be able to read a tape measure and blueprints

  • Must have experience using hand tools in a safe manner

  • Experience running a drill press or band saw

  • Safety minded individual
