Machine operator

Our valued client is looking to add experienced Machine Operators to add to their team. In this role you will need excellent organizational skills, work well alone and in a team setting, prior machine operating experience is helpful, and prior experience in quality checks is also helpful.

Position – Machine Operator

Job Location – Fond du Lac, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd (2p-12a)

Starting Pay – $15-$22/hr based on experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience

Job duties:

- Ready Blueprints and Drawing according to project needs

- Changes parts, operates and observes the machine to confirm it is functioning as expected while running the par

- Quality checks on product as it's completed

- Using machine tools typically set-up by Machinists or Engineers to machine, cut or complete parts to specifications as required in accordance with customer expectations

- Performs routine maintenance, upkeep and basic repairs on machines as required

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Must have experience in Blueprint Reading and Drawing understanding

- Must have ability to read and understand basic math

- Prior Machine Operator experience preferred

- Ability to lift 50lbs regularly

- Organized

- Excellent attendance

- Positive attitude
