Fabrication Helper

 

Join the team of a Fond du Lac manufacturer who is looking to add to their general labor team! Employees in this position will be exposed to machining, grinding, polishing, deburring, assembly, brazing, welding, saw operation, moving materials, using gauges, completing measurements, etc.

 

Position – Fabrication Helper

Job Location – Fond du Lac, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to Hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay – $16/hr

Required Experience – Prior machine or manufacturing experience is required

 

This first shift position will allow you to cross train on multiple machines in a fabrication environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Will be grinding, polishing and deburing materials

  • Will be doing assembly of metal products

  • Inspecting and packaging finished products

 

Qualifications

  • Must be able to do simple math/measuring

  • Prior experience in grinding/deburring is helpful

  • Must have critical thinking/problem solving skills
