POSITION – Skilled Manufacturing Recruiter
JOB LOCATION – Hopkins, MN
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (8am-5pm, Mon-Fri)
STARTING PAY – $45-55k/year DOE plus commission
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or equivalent required, advanced degree preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Minimum 1 year of office, recruiting, customer service, or onboarding experience preferred and must type 40 WPM or more.
You will recruit and place skilled manufacturing professionals, in the Twin Cities! Sales experience is critical for success in this position. Excellent telephone and email communication is a must! You will recruit and place skilled manufacturing professionals in direct-hire, as well as contract, positions in our service area.
Logistics: • Assist with recruitment and interview process. • Schedule phone, video and in-person interviews. • Coordinate background, drug, and reference checking processes. • Coordinate all aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes. • Application Tracking Systems TempWorks • Edit and post positions to Indeed, Facebook, Zip Recruiter and SEEK website and others accurately and within the specified timeframe(s) with proper approval channels. • Ensure candidate follows appropriate workflow within TempWorks. •Recruitment Marketing: • Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities. • Work with local universities/colleges and technical programs as well as other resources in sharing career opportunities. • Build, develop, and maintain customer relations • Other duties as assigned.
Education: • High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: • Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service, administrative skills, and sales skills.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition strongly preferred. • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook. Valid driver's license required as well as ability to type 40 wpm or more.
