POSITION – Office Administration / CSR
JOB LOCATION – Grafton , WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday)
STARTING PAY – $17-18 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Proficient computer skills required, minimum typing speed of 40 wpm required

Responsibilities
- Welcome applicants
- Answer a busy multi-line phone system
- Process new applicants along with a variety of additional administrative duties
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of office customer service experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Type a minimum of 40 wpm
- Bilingual is a plus
- Able to handle high-pressure and high-stress situations that can change rapidly
- Have great attention to detail
