Forklift Operator (High-Reach)

Position – High-reach stand-up Forklift Operator
Job Location – Appleton, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 3rd shift (6pm-4am) Rotating weekends-expect overtime 2nd shift 2pm-10pm
Starting Pay – $19 an hour

Required Experience – 1-6 months forklift operating experience
In this role you will be responsible for using a high-reach forklift to pull, prepare and ship orders per customer requests. You will be working in a cooler ranging from 35-40 degrees and a freezer, 0-5 degrees. This position offers an excellent work environment, competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Use RF Scanner
- Accurately pull products from orders and prepare for shipping
- Load and unload trailers
- Maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work in a cold environment (0-5 degrees below zero)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent attendance record
