POSITION – CNC Operator
JOB LOCATION – Menomonie, Wisconsin
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (6am-4:30pm, Mon-Thurs OR 7am-3:330pm Mon-Fri)
STARTING PAY – $17-19/hour depending on experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION – HS Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Prefer 2+ years experience working in manufacturing requiring skilled work tasks
In this position, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines, inspecting products for quality, performing secondary operations, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
· Perform hands-on material preparation and set up
· Perform detail finishing of parts including trimming
· Use basic measuring equipment to perform quality inspections
· Produce low and/or high quantity parts based on project specifications
· Assist department with mold inventories and maintenance
Qualifications:
· Possess basic problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
· Basic shop math and measurement
· Be able to prioritize and manage workload to complete multiple tasks with tight constraints
· Be motivated, accountable, and work well in team based environment
· Have a willingness to learn and adapt to changes quickly
· Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
· Ability to use hands and fingers to operate computer and large equipment, small hand and power tools, and handle and feel small and large parts
· Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and crouch occasionally throughout shift
· Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs moderately throughout work day, occasionally 50+ lbs with a team lift
· Ability to focus vision for: close vision, color vision, depth perception and adjusting to sharp focus
