Position – Bilingual Sales Support Specialist

Job Location – Greenville, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 7:30am to 4p, Monday through Friday

Starting Pay – $17.50/hr

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2 years of administrative experience

 

As a sales support specialist, you will assisting the sales representatives with updating quotes and paperwork, prepping materials for meetings and other administrative duties!

 

Responsibilities

  • Processing all customer orders and inquiries.

  • Prepping materials for sales meetings and customer inquiries.

  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must have prior customer service experience in an administrative role.

  • Excellent communication and organization skills are required.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
