Are you organized, efficient, and enjoy working with a variety of parts and inventory? Do you have a knack for accuracy and ensuring the right items get where they need to go? Our Appleton client is looking for a dedicated Parts Specialist/Picker to join their growing team!


Position – Parts Specialist

Job Location – Appleton, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) –  1st shift

Starting Pay – $16

Required Experience – prior inventory experience is helpful




Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently pick parts according to pick tickets, order forms, or verbal requests.
  • Locate parts within the warehouse or storage areas using inventory systems and location codes.
  • Verify part numbers and quantities to ensure accuracy before fulfilling orders.
  • Package and prepare parts for shipment or internal distribution, ensuring they are properly labeled and protected.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by documenting parts picked and any discrepancies.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking incoming parts, ensuring they are placed in the correct locations.

  • Qualifications 
  • Previous experience in a parts room, warehouse, or inventory environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to read and understand order forms, pick tickets, and inventory lists.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory look-up and data entry.
  • Ability to lift and move parts of varying weights and sizes (with appropriate accommodations if needed).
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
