Position – Customer Service Representative
Job Location – Neenah, Wisconsin
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (8:00am – 4:00pm)
Starting Pay – $17 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Experience – At least 3+ years of experience
Responsibilities

Must be able to communicate with customers, primarily through email, but occasionally on the phone or in-person, to receive orders, assist them through the ordering process and answer any questions.

Perform data entry of orders with accuracy and attention to detail in a timely manner.

Follow up on inquiries from new or existing customers and find apparel and products to best fit customer’s needs.

Gain and utilize an informed understanding of production and decoration processes to assist with customer questions and understand capabilities and limitations for orders

Work cohesively with other team members, management, art department, production and shipping.

A person who has a “that’s not my job” mentality, will not be a successful part of the team.
Qualifications

Proficient Outlook and computer Skills with excellent written and verbal communication skill and basic experience with word and excel

Completes orders and tasks with a high attention to detail and can prioritize and manage changes based on customer interruptions or needs

Must be able to take initiative to obtain and consistently improve product and process knowledge along with regular attendance, punctuality, and a good work ethic.

Ability to keep track of assigned orders and requests in an organized manner.
