Summer work! Are you looking for a 1st shift, weekday position with your weekends free? We are now hiring for 1st shift Dishwashers for a job that is located in Menomonie, WI. This is a great start to steady work for the summer!

POSITION – Dishwasher

JOB LOCATION – Menomonie, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE - Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temporary, approximately 3 months

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri)

STARTING PAY – $17 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – HS Diploma or Equivalent required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous Manufacturing preferred

The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all production-related dishes and equipment, ensuring they are properly maintained and ready for reuse. This role supports overall cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced, wet environment requiring physical activity and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Collect dirty dishes such as scoops, buckets, lids, and containers from pallets and place them into a large industrial sink.

• Wash all items thoroughly using soap and water to remove raw product materials (e.g., oil or potato flour).

• After washing, place cleaned items on a drying rack or manually dry them before storing in the designated storage area for reuse.

• Regularly lift items weighing 5–8 pounds, with the ability to lift up to 15–20 pounds as needed.

• Perform frequent bending, reaching, and twisting motions while handling and cleaning dishes.

• Wear required protective gear, including safety glasses with either goggles or a face shield, and a provided apron over the uniform shirt or lab coat.

• Slip-resistant shoes are strongly recommended due to the consistently wet work environment, although not mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. frequently

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally

• Basic math skills

• Ability to read and write in English

• Knowledge of the metric system and conversions
• Excellent attendance and punctuality, with no time off needed for 3 weeks minimum
