POSITION – Administrative Assistant.
JOB LOCATION - Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
STARTING DATE - Immediate.
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temo-to-hire or direct-hire.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full-time.
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Office hours.
STARTING PAY - $45,000/year.

REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma or equivalent.
RESPONSIBILITIES -
Front Desk & Administrative Support
Greet & assist guests, customers, & drivers at the front desk.
Distribute incoming mail & maintain office supply inventory.
Assemble job traveler packets to support production.
Enter & maintain data in Excel & ERP system.
Logistics Support
Assist with shipping documents, labels (UPS/FedEx/International), & Kanban systems.
Help with part labeling & file management.
Serve as backup to our shipping lead & maintain internal tracking systems.
Purchasing & AP
Order consumables for the shop floor & assist with issuing raw materials to jobs.
Provide light support with vendor documentation & AP communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support safety, lean, & quality initiatives.
Jump in where needed to help cover other administrative roles or participate in team meetings.
REQUIREMENTS -
2+ years in admin, logistics, or operations. (Manufacturing preferred.)
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, & ERP systems. (Epicor is a plus!)
Comfortable multitasking & shifting priorities.
Experience with shipping documents, invoice processing, or production paperwork.
Positive attitude, strong communicator, & highly dependable.
